As most experienced home owners can tell you sometimes it’s the basics that make a house worth owning. While having the “extras” such as swimming pools and hand carved woodworking can be nice the bottom line is if the water heater isn’t working or the roof is leaking than all of the fluff items don’t much matter. The reason I bring this up is that, while this home may not have all of the eye catching sparkle, at the root of it, it is a sturdy brick home in a well established Fishers neighborhood. The house also comes with a newer roof, water heater, and windows which will save the potential buyer thousands of dollars down the road.
Now that’s all not to say that the house doesn’t have it’s own bit of charm and flare. Equipped with large closets, cherry counters and custom cabinetry with appliances included this house has a very open and spacious feel that allows for entertaining around the fireplace or chatting over cocktails in the kitchen. The back deck overlooks a private backyard and my favorite feature, a 100 year old insulated charming workhouse with 100amp service. This would be ideal for anyone who has wanted a place to do crafts, woodworking, painting, dog grooming, soap making, etc. And with parks, schools, and shopping all close by this house has all the basics and beyond.
